Midweek Yoga Boost

Come join us for a casual morning chair yoga session of combined seated and standing poses, breathwork, and meditation. We start in the chair, then use the chair for support for half the class before hopping back in the chair for cooldown. Getting onto the floor for final rest is optional. $12.00
