Chair Tai Chi

Ever wish you could try traditional tai chi but doubt your balance or ability to remember all the movements? Then chair tai chi is a great option for you! We combine traditional patterns in an accessible way while mixing in complimentary modalities like chair yoga and breathwork to build stamina, strength, and focus. Any brief standing portions use the chair for balance support. This is a great class that can be scaled up or down depending on your preferences!

This chair tai chi class is held on Mondays from 6:15-7:15 pm located at Restoring Bodies Fitness and Nutrition Services. Classes are $20 drop-in or $15 per class when paid in advance for the month.
